Paintball FAQ

What To Wear

• Closed shoes, long pants and long sleeve top
• The paint is water soluble and washes out
• Boiler suites are for rent (not included in the cost as they are not a necessity)

How Much Should I Budget For

• Average rental will use 200 to 300 paintballs

Bookings

• Should be made at least 48 hours before to avoid disappointment
• Cancellation must be 24 hours before game time
• To book as a group you need, 8 or more players

Does It Hurt When You Get Shot

• The paint pellets break open upon impact and generally cause a stinging sensation which goes within a couple of seconds
• You will generally leave the field with a couple of scratches from the terrain and welts from the paintballs

Age Limit

• Due to the nature of the sport the minimum age is 11 years. If a child is accompanied by an adult on the field then an exception can be made
• Anyone below 19 must have a guardian sign an indemnity form

Faclities & General Info

• Toilets on the premises
• Small forest that provides good shade and shelter
• Braai area with braai grids – there’s also wood for sale if you don’t bring your own
• You may bring your own food and beverages - please note that players may not drink alcohol before or during games
• Non-alcoholic drinks are for sale on site
• There is no electricity, so payments need to be cash or via EFT (EFT will need to be arranged before hand)
